Safi Privacy Note
A plain-language explanation of what our consultation form collects and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you fill out our consultation form, we collect what you choose to share: your contact details (name, email, and optionally phone), academic background (university, home state, GPA, MCAT score), your top experiences, your availability, and an optional résumé/CV.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to schedule your consultation and prepare for it. Knowing your background ahead of time lets us make the conversation useful from the first minute.
Who handles it
Form submissions are received via Forminit, a form-processing service hosted on EU-based AWS servers, and delivered by email to Safi Physicians Consulting. No one else receives your information.
How long we keep it
Forminit's dashboard keeps submissions for roughly 30 days. The email copy is retained by Safi Physicians Consulting so we can follow up with you.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone beyond the handling described above.
